1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on gbo188.

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or other gambling product offered on gbo188.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by gbo188 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Players to submit government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of address.
• "Withdrawal" means the process by which a Player requests to transfer funds from their gbo188 Account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of gbo188 services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses associated with those Accounts.

3.2 KYC Verification

gbo188 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require you to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are instant. gbo188 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account not belonging to you) are prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes for verified Accounts during standard business hours (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-22:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Minimum withdrawal is IDR 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal is IDR 50,000,000 per Player. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documentation. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Before your first withdrawal, you must wager (turnover) your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover requirement) to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in Section 5. gbo188 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, conduct video verification calls, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, opposite betting (placing opposing bets on both outcomes to guarantee profit), low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other Players, and any other attempt to manipulate the bonus system. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently closed.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a IDR 1,000,000 deposit with a 100% bonus (IDR 1,000,000 bonus) subject to 30x wagering requires you to place bets totaling IDR 30,000,000 (30 times the IDR 1,000,000 bonus amount) before you can withdraw. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain sportsbook bets may not contribute at all. 6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Underage Gambling: Any Player under 21 years of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one Account per person.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, fake identification, or providing false information.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain unfair advantage.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 5.2.
• Money Laundering: Using gbo188 to launder illicit funds or facilitate illegal transactions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between gbo188 and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

gbo188 strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from server downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, etc.). In the event of a critical system failure during a live betting session, affected bets may be voided at our discretion.

8.2 Third-Party Services

gbo188 integrates third-party services including payment processors (Indonesian banks, e-wallet providers), game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming), and sports data feeds. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or malfunctions caused by these third parties. For example, if BCA's banking system experiences downtime preventing deposit processing, gbo188 cannot be held liable for the resulting inconvenience.

8.3 Maximum Liability

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

9.2 gbo188-Initiated Closure

gbo188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, if we believe the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other Players. In such cases, remaining funds may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the Player violated Terms, funds may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, funds will be returned.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, gbo188 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month, deducted from the Account balance. To reactivate an inactive Account, contact customer support.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbo188's operating license is issued (international offshore jurisdiction). While gbo188 serves the Indonesian market, we are not governed by Indonesian domestic law. You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legal gray area in Indonesia and that you access this platform at your own legal risk.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and gbo188, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels (email, live chat, WhatsApp). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Court proceedings are a last resort.

10.3 English Language Precedence

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. While Indonesian-language translations or summaries may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute over interpretation.

11. Amendments to Terms

gbo188 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notification, or in-platform message. Continued use of gbo188 services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
